  • Free Shipping within Europe for orders over  Є200
  • Free Shipping outside of Europe for orders over  Є300
  • DHL Express: Our premium service, DHL Express delivers your items within 1-3 business days globally, ensuring speed and reliability.
  • DHL Economy Select: Exclusively for customers within Europe, DHL Economy Select is an economical choice that delivers your items within 2-5 business days.

 

Shipping Rates and Customs

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: To streamline your shopping experience, all applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. The price you see is the final price, with no unexpected fees upon delivery.
  • Shipping Rates: Rates are determined based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the total shipping cost, including duties and taxes, at checkout.
  • DHL’s door-to-door service eliminates the need for third-party carriers, reducing delays and minimizing the risk of lost packages.

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This number allows you to track your package on the DHL website from dispatch through to delivery.

 

Vendor Shipping

Each vendor ships directly to you, ensuring that your products are handled carefully and dispatched in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary by vendor location and the selected shipping method.

 

Sustainable Aviation Fuel

By partnering with DHL Express, the only logistics company using Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), you are helping drive the transition to a more sustainable transportation future.

   

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, our customer service team is available to assist you. Have your order number and tracking information ready and contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Defective items due to manufacturing faults will be replaced if reported within 7 days with proof.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

**Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.**

We require customers to cover return shipping costs to encourage mindful purchasing decisions and support our commitment to sustainability. By doing so, we can continue to offer fair pricing, reduce the environmental impact of excessive shipping, and maintain the high quality of service and products that our marketplace provides.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@msfmag.com. Please note the reason for the return and which items you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as made-to-order items, and some personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Customs and Tax Refund

If you cancel your order before it’s been shipped, you will receive the full refund including shipping costs and any customs duties and taxes. If the item has already been delivered, customs duties and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
